Bridles

A "Standard" three point bridle, is typically found on kites in the $20-$150 price range and are made of braided dacron, which is flat. An "Active and "Turbo-Active" Bridle can be found on kites ranging from $100-$350. They usually have a spectra core, sheathed in dacron. The spctra core insures no stretch in the bridle. Being round is more wind efficient than a flat braid. The dacron sleeve gives great durability. If you look at the end of the line where it is tied at the leading edge connector you will see the white spectra core inside the dacron which is usually black.
